Following some major upgrades to our systems and the release of a new customer control panel, we're currently experiencing higher than usual contact volumes.
We are here and ready to help but we want to make sure you are getting to the right team, so:
- If your issue is urgent e.g. something is broken or, your services are at risk of suspension - please contact us by phone as LiveChat is currently unavailable.
- If you need a hand with something, but it's not critical e.g. you aren't sure where to find settings or, need help with setting up future billing - please raise a ticket from your Account. In the meantime, you might find what you need in our Support Centre.
