• The Moneyback Guarantee applies to first time purchasers only.
• You can only use the Moneyback Guarantee once.
• The 30 day period begins when you receives the service login information.
• The Moneyback Guarantee does not apply to:
  • domain name services
  • cPanel Hosting and cPanel Backups
  • offers and promotions unless explicitly stated
• The following will constitute a waiver of your 30 Day Moneyback Guarantee:
  • you upgrade from an existing package
  • you redeem any bonus feature provided as part of the package
• If you exceed the included monthly data transfer for your account, you will be required to pay for any additional data transfer accrued at the rate published in the Services Terms and Conditions.
• All Moneyback Guarantee requests should be made using the details listed on our contact page.
• Valid Moneyback Guarantee requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your request.
