As a cloud-based company we’re used to accessing the necessary systems to enable us to provide our normal services to customers. We continue to work with our cloud computing and systems partners to ensure our platform remains stable and available at all times and we’re in regular contact with our hardware and connectivity partners as they continue to provide uninterrupted services.
How does your business continuity plan deal with COVID-19?
Safety of our staff comes first for our business continuity plan so moving employees out of our offices and setting them up to work from home will always be a top priority.
