How to log in to your account
This guide will explain how to log in or regain access to your LCN account and how to access Webmail for email accounts hosted with LCN.
Log in to the LCN account control panel
You can log in to your LCN account control panel by clicking the Log in link in the top-right corner of the LCN site.
You will be prompted to enter your email address and password to log in to your account.
If you’re not sure of the email address needed to access your account, you can click Forgot Username to generate an email reminder. Please note: you’ll need to know your account password to use this function.
If you have your account username but have forgotten your password, you can click Forgot Password to send a password reset link to your email address.
If all else fails, you can get in touch with our support by phone, livechat or email for help with regaining access to your account.
Log in to Webmail
If you need to access a mailbox hosted with LCN, you’ll need the Webmail login page rather than the my-account login page.
To log in to Webmail, enter the email address that you need to access and the mailbox password for the address in question.

Please note that resetting a mailbox password will require access to Webmail or the LCN account control panel – you may need to contact the account holder to request a new password for your email address if you don’t have access to apply a password reset for your mailbox.
