For all web hosting, domains and SSLs you will need to renew periodically if you would like to keep the services up and running. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With LCN we offer an auto-renew service to help make this process easier. We have a full guide for how to manage your auto-renew settings\u202fhere<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you do not wish to use auto-renew this guide will show you how to renew your services manually. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Checking that your renewal is due <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With LCN you can renew\u00a0the majority of\u00a0your\u00a0services\u00a0at any time.\u00a0Don\u2019t\u00a0worry, you won\u2019t lose any remaining time, your renewal is added to the end of your\u00a0current\u00a0subscription.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reminders that your services are due for\u00a0renewal will start 6 weeks prior to your services\u00a0expiry date. This will allow you enough time to action your renewal.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can adjust these notifications from the Account details section of your LCN Account as outlined as part of our guide\u00a0here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When a renewal is due it will show under the Renewals Due<\/strong> tab of your Renewals<\/a> page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Renewing your services <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can renew your services by visiting the\u202frenewals<\/a>\u202fpage of your LCN account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do this you will need to… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to your\u00a0LCN account<\/a>\u00a0and head to your\u00a0Control Panel<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    1. Float your mouse over Billing <\/strong>and click on Renewals<\/strong>. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      1. If you have a renewal due this will show on the first tab for Renewals Due<\/strong> for all your services whether due or not you can choose the View All <\/strong>tab. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        1. To renew a single service, select the R<\/strong>enew <\/strong>button to the right of the service in question.  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          1. To renew multiple services at once you can use the tick boxes to the left and then select Renew Services.<\/strong> <\/strong> <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            1. Follow the checkout process to renew your services. 
               <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Please Note<\/strong>: Hosting and domains are separate and will need their own individual renewals. Make sure you renew both to make sure you do not lose your services. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
