This guide is to help LCN customers add, remove, and update their payment card details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s get started\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding a payment card\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you would like to make renewing and purchasing services quicker and easier,\u202fsaving a payment card to your account will help and provide you with the use of our auto-renew services. We have now updated our system so you can assign different cards to renew different services. You can read more on auto-renew here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add a new card\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your\u202fLCN account<\/a>\u00a0and head to your Control Panel<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    1. Float your mouse over Billing <\/strong>and click Manage Payment Methods<\/strong> <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      1. Click\u202fA<\/strong>dd <\/strong>New<\/strong> <\/strong>C<\/strong>ard<\/strong> <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        1. A form will appear, fill this in with your relevant billing details and click Submit<\/strong>. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          1. You will then be prompted to enter your relevant card details then click Continue<\/strong>.  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Please Note:<\/strong>\u202fStoring a card to your account is not\u00a0required, but\u00a0would be needed if you want to enable auto-renewal for any services within your account.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

            That\u2019s it, you have now added a new card to your LCN account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Removing a card\u00a0\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            In the event you would like to remove a payment card\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Log in to your\u00a0LCN account<\/a>\u00a0and head to the\u00a0Control Panel<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              1. Float your mouse over Billing <\/strong>and click Manage Payment Methods<\/strong> <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                1. Click Actions <\/strong>to the right of the card you would like to remove. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  1. Click Delete <\/strong>to remove the card for your account. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                    1. You will be asked if you are sure you would like to remove your card. If you are happy to proceed click Yes<\/strong>. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      Please Note:\u00a0<\/strong>If you do not have any payment methods on your account you will not be able to renew your services.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
