The right to use a domain name can be challenged by a third party for any number of reasons e.g.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which the complainant has rights<\/li>\n<li>Complaint against someone who has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the domain name<\/li>\n<li>The domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each domain name registry has a procedure in place to deal with these disputes.
