Enabling DKIM in Microsoft 365 helps protect your email by <strong>adding a digital signature to outgoing messages<\/strong>. In this guide, we will guide you on inputting these settings on our nameservers, but <strong>your domain\u2019s nameservers may be held externally<\/strong>. If you are unsure where your domain\u2019s nameservers are held, you can follow our guide <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lcn.com\/support\/articles\/how-to-check-your-nameserver-provider\/\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In the panel that appears on the right-hand side of the page, you will be presented with two CNAME records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>They will be formatted as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul domain, you will need to allow <strong>minimum 1 hour <\/strong>and <strong>maximum 48 hours<\/strong> for these DNS changes to take effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-nco-caution-block\"><p class=\"nco-caution-block-content\"><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: If you have since <strong>logged out<\/strong> of your <strong>Microsoft Defender Portal<\/strong>, please <strong>repeat<\/strong> <strong>steps 1-6<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step Nine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After the necessary amount of time has elapsed, enable the toggle switch for <strong>Sign messages for this domain with DKIM signatures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
