Adding a signature using our webmail is super-easy; you can even add your company logo to give it a professional look. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our free-to-use webmail service is available to anyone with an LCN\u202fdomain name<\/a>,\u202fWeb hosting<\/a>,\u202fEmail hosting<\/a>\u202for\u202fWordPress hosting<\/a>\u202fpackage.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s get started\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to webmail here:\u202fhttps:\/\/webmail.lcn.com<\/a> <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    1. Click\u202fSettings<\/strong>\u202fin the top right. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      1. Click\u202fIdentities<\/strong>\u202fand click the email address you would like to add a signature for under the\u202fIdentities<\/strong>\u202fcolumn. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        1. For a plain text signature, simply add the text you would like to use and then click the\u202fSAVE<\/strong>\u202foption.  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. If you want to format the signature or add an image, tick\u202fHTML signature<\/strong>. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            1. Click\u202fInsert\/edit image<\/strong>\u202flocated on the top row, third from the right. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              1. Click the folder containing a magnify glass and click\u202fAdd image<\/strong>. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                1. Select the image you would like to upload and click the image to select it. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  1. Click\u202fOk<\/strong>. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                    1. The image can now be scaled by dragging the corners. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      That\u2019s it! You\u2019ve successfully added a signature to webmail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Please Note:<\/strong>\u202fIf you have set up a HTML signature, you will need to ensure that your default mail type is HTML too. To check this, select\u202fSettings > Preferences > Composing Messages<\/strong>\u202fand ensure that\u202fCompose HTML messages<\/strong>\u202fis set to\u202falways<\/strong>.
