When composing an email, you might have a way you would like to sign the message off before sending to the recipient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This guide will help you to create an Email Signature<\/strong> for sending in an email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you follow this guide, you will need to be logged into Webmail. Once you are logged in, please follow this guide to create a signature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step One<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click Settings<\/strong> in the top right corner of the home screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step Two<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Select Identities<\/strong> and then your email address you’re adding the signature to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step Three<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Within the Edit Identities <\/strong>section, you will find Signature<\/strong> at the bottom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Type your signature within the box that you would like at the end of your emails, as displayed in the picture below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are wanting pictures to add to your signature, tick the box next to HTML Signature<\/strong>. This will ensure you can place pictures in your signature if you need. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tick the box next to Set Default<\/strong> and this will set this signature to be included in any emails sent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE: This will not translate to any email client you may be using (Outlook, Thunderbird, MAC Mail etc) <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Click Save<\/strong> and then you will have created your Email Signature<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
