{"id":2171,"date":"2024-01-16T16:28:38","date_gmt":"2024-01-16T16:28:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lcn.com\/support\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=2171"},"modified":"2024-01-16T16:28:38","modified_gmt":"2024-01-16T16:28:38","slug":"how-to-upgrade-your-services","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.lcn.com\/support\/articles\/how-to-upgrade-your-services\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Upgrade your Services"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If you have had your services with us for a long time, there may be a point in time where you need to upgrade your services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This could come in the form of <strong>Website Hosting<\/strong> and requiring more Web Space, or <strong>Email Storage <\/strong>and needing to increase the maximum capacity of your <strong>Webmail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This guide will help you find where to upgrade your services through the <strong>Online Control Panel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following this guide will require you to be logged into the <strong>Online Control Panel<\/strong> as the main account holder, if you need help logging in then follow this guide <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lcn.com\/support\/articles\/how-to-log-into-your-online-control-panel\/\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step One<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the home page of the <strong>Online Control Panel<\/strong>, hover your mouse over the <strong>Services<\/strong> tab and click on <strong>Domains &amp;
