This guide will go through how to Cancel<\/strong> your services with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before<\/strong> you cancel, if you are thinking about cancelling due to being unhappy with the service or if it is price related, give our Retentions Team <\/strong>call on 0345 653 9655.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this guide, you will need to log into your Online Control Panel<\/strong> as the main account holder. If you require help getting into your Control Panel<\/strong>, follow this guide here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE: You CANNOT cancel MONTHLY packages, this guide is for One Year and Two-Year packages. If you need to cancel a Monthly package, please contact our Support Team on 0345 363 3632. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Step One<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once in the Online Control Panel<\/strong>, hover your mouse over the Billing <\/strong>tab and click on Renewals<\/strong> from the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step Two<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Select the All Renewals<\/strong> tab, where you will see all of your packages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turn the Auto Renewal <\/strong>off by flicking the switch to Off<\/strong>. This will ensure your package does not renew automatically and it will fall off the account upon the expiry date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will provide you with a screen to confirm that you are cancelling your package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
