Let\u2019s get started\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Select the\u202fFile<\/strong>\u202ftab on the far left and then click the\u202fAdd Account<\/strong>\u202fbutton. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Choose the\u202fE-Mail Account<\/strong>\u202foption and enter your details in the fields. Once all the fields have the correct information, select\u202fNext<\/strong>. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. If you receive a pop up box which states\u202fAllow this website to configure\u202f<\/strong>yourname@yourdomain.com<\/em><\/strong>\u202fserver settings<\/strong>, simply select\u202fAllow<\/strong>\u202fand this will create your mailbox using the LCN.com server settings. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        1. You should now receive a\u202fCongratulations<\/strong>\u202fmessage, select Finish and your mailbox will finish setting up. If this does not work for you, simply put a tick in the\u202fManually configure server settings<\/strong>\u202fbox, select\u202fNext<\/strong>\u202fand follow the next step below. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          1. On the\u202fAdd New Account<\/strong>\u202fwindow you\u2019ll now need to enter the following information:  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            • Your name and email address in the\u202fUser Information<\/strong>\u202fsection.\u00a0<\/li>
            • Select\u202fIMAP<\/strong>\u202fin the\u202fAccount Type<\/strong>\u202fdropdown.\u00a0<\/li>
            • Enter\u202fmail.lcn.com<\/strong>\u202finto the\u202fIncoming mail server<\/strong>\u202ftext box.\u00a0<\/li>
            • Enter\u202fmail.lcn.com<\/strong>\u202finto the\u202fOutgoing mail server (SMTP)<\/strong>\u202ftext box.\u00a0<\/li>
            • Enter\u202fyour full email address<\/strong>\u202finto the\u202fUser Name<\/strong>\u202ftext box.\u00a0<\/li>
            • Enter your email address password into the\u202fPassword<\/strong>\u202ftext box.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              1. Then click the\u202fMore Settings<\/strong>\u202fbutton. Tick\u202fMy outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication<\/strong>\u202fand ensure\u202fUse same settings as my incoming mail server<\/strong>\u202fis selected. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. When you click\u202fClose<\/strong>, Outlook will now test your username and password. Once it has finished click the\u202fClose<\/strong>\u202fbutton, then the\u202fFinish<\/strong>\u202fbutton the next screen and your email account will be set up and ready to go. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Please Note:<\/strong>\u202fDepending on your internet service provider, the default port of 25 should allow you to send e-mail. If you find that you are having problems sending mail, the first step would be to change the port to\u202f26<\/strong>\u202for\u202f587<\/strong>.
