Verification is carried out using a public key stored as a TXT record within the DNS for a domain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Adding Email Addresses<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the \u2018Mail\u2019 section of the Vesta menu.<\/li>\n<li>Hover over the domain you wish to create an email address for and select the option to \u2018Add Account\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the following fields to create an email address:<br \/>\n<strong>Account: <\/strong>Enter the prefix of the email address you want to create. For example entering \u2018info\u2019 will create \u2018info@yourdomain.co.uk\u2019<br \/>\n<strong>Password: <\/strong>You can either enter a password of your choice or click the \u2018generate\u2019 option to generate a strong password.<br \/>\n<i>Advanced Options (Click to view additional options):<\/i><br \/>\n<strong>Quota (MB): <\/strong>You can use this option to set a disk-space quota for the account.<br \/>\n<strong>Aliases: <\/strong>You can use these options to set alias email addresses @ your domain that should be delivered to this mailbox.<br \/>\n<strong>Forward to (one or more addresses): <\/strong>You can use these options to forward any mail sent to this address to another destination mailbox.<br \/>\n<strong>Do not store forwarded mail: <\/strong>Select this option if you want email to be forwarded and not stored in a mailbox for this address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Changing Mailbox Passwords<\/h3>\n<p>To change your mailboxes password return to the \u2018Mail\u2019 option at the top of your Vesta control panel and hover over the domain your email account is allocated to.
