Accessing Webmail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you have a mailbox with\u202fLCN, you\u2019ll have access to our\u202fWebmail<\/strong>\u202fservice. This allows you to log in and manage your email directly in your internet browser from anywhere in the world. The address you need to visit is:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you\u00a0start\u00a0you\u2019ll need to have the\u202fmailbox<\/strong>\u202fand\u202fpassword<\/strong>\u202ffor the account you\u2019re looking to remove emails from. If you\u2019re unsure of these details they can be found in your\u202fLCN account<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s get started\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deleting your emails<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. Login using the\u202fmailbox <\/strong>or email address<\/strong>\u202fand the associated password<\/strong>. 

    When you first log in, you will have 5 folders set-up in your mailbox (Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam, Deleted Items). These allow you to keep your mailbox neat and tidy straight away. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    1. To\u202fdelete<\/strong>\u202fyour emails you must first move them to the Deleted items<\/strong> folder.  

      To do this, highlight the email you wish to\u202fdelete<\/strong>\u202fby clicking it once, and then either press the\u202fdelete key<\/strong>\u202fon your keyboard or select the\u202fdelete icon<\/strong>\u202fat the top of the page. 

      You can bulk move emails by clicking the first email and holding\u202fCtrl<\/strong>\u202fbefore clicking each email you would like to be moved. Once the email is highlighted in pink, you can select to move it as above.  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      1. Once you have checked\u202fall the folders<\/strong>\u202fand moved the emails you no longer need (including the Sent folder), you then need to click into the\u202fTrash<\/strong>\u202ffolder. Highlight the emails again and click\u202fdelete<\/strong>.  

        Please be aware that this will delete them permanently.<\/strong> <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Please Note<\/strong>: Once you have deleted your email within Webmail, these messages will be permanently deleted from any IMAP connected email client you use on your PC, laptop, and mobile devices too.         1. You can view how much storage you are using on the\u202fbottom left<\/strong>\u202fof the\u202fMail<\/strong>\u202fsection. The percentage will be displayed, and this is the\u202ftotal storage<\/strong>\u202fused for the whole mailbox, not just the folder you are in. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
