LCN - Phone system issues
It has come to our attention that inbound calls to the LCN support line are not being connected.
This has been escalated as priority with our telephony provider, whilst this ongoing we will be unable to answer inbound calls.
Support will be available via live chat and we can schedule outbound calls for any urgent issues where a phone call is required.
