After further investigation it appears that this issue is the result of a bug on our platform which has caused a number of customer's hosting packages to become suspended. This means some customer website and email services are temporarily unavailable.

Our Development team are working hard to reverse this and fix the underlying problem as quickly as possible.

We've been made aware this morning by our Development team that updates via the LCN.com website are taking longer than usual to complete. This also appears to be impacting customer's ability to login to their email accounts.

This is the result of large queues of tasks on our servers, which we're working to process as quickly as possible.

As soon as further updates become available they'll be added to this page.
