LCN – LiveChat only support due to staff training – [28/02/2019 and 01/03/2019]
Our Support team will be receiving external training on Thursday 28th February and Friday 1st March with a view to making our service even better!
As a result of this, we’ll be at slightly lower-than-usual staffing levels, so we’ll be providing support via to LiveChat and email only across the hours of (09:00 – 20:00) on the two dates mentioned. After this point, we’ll be back to normal.
