Firstly, you&#8217;ll need to download a list of links to your website.<\/p>\n<p>Next, you\u2019ll create a file containing only the links you want to disavow, and upload this to Google.<\/p>\n<p>This is an advanced feature and should only be used with caution. Matt Cutts, Head of Spam at Google, <a href=\"http:\/\/searchengineland.com\/matt-cutts-qa-how-to-use-google-link-disavow-tool-137664\">highlighted<\/a> <em>\u201cthere\u2019s a time delay for data to be baked into the index.
