How to Transfer Domains from 1 and 1

Transferring .uk domains

1. Log in to your account on the Contract 1 and 1 website at https://contract.oneandone.co.uk
2. Click on 'Change Contract' on the left hand side of the screen
3. Choose the 'Instant Domain Registration' option that appears towards the centre of the screen
4. Scroll down and click on the 'Cancel Individual Domains' option and click OK
5. Select 'As soon as possible' from the Execute menu and 'Change of Provider' from the Cancellation menu and click OK
6. Type LCN into the field asking for the new providers tag and click OK
7. Finally, scroll down and click 'Finish'

Transferring gTLD's

1. Log in to your account on the main 1 and 1 website at https://admin.1and1.com
2. Click on 'Domains' under the 'Basic Settings' menu
3. Tick the box next to the gTLD you are looking to transfer and 'Lock/Unlock' from the 'Transfers' menu
4. Choose 'Unlock' and click 'Save'
5. You will be able to find your Auth code within the domain summary page for your domain. This can take up to 24 hours to populate correctly
