How to get MailGuard

Existing Customers

If you're an existing customer you can add MailGuard Virus & Spam Filtering to your hosting package(s) through your Control Panel.

Go to 'My Account'

New Customers

If you're a new customer simply choose your domain name and hosting package and add MailGuard Lite or Pro on the Hosting Extras page.

Web-based Spam Management

MailGuard keeps all the email it thinks is spam to one side, in a quarantined area for 30 days - which you can access through ‘My Account’. Good e-mails are passed straight on to your e-mail account, just like normal.

The web based quarantine area will also allow you to:

  • View message details & Spam Scores
  • View virus + spam reports
  • Let individual emails through MailGuard
  • Adjust the frequency of the Quarantine Reports
  • Make MailGuard's filters more or less sensitive to Spam
