How do I cancel/remove my hosting plan?
To cancel/remove your current hosting plan we would need a signed letter/fax from the owner of the account requesting this. To request this we would need to have the following details:
Request to cancel/remove hosting
Domain name(s) in question
Account User/Pass details
Address details
Signature and date
Once we have received these details we will then process your request within 24 hours.
Please note we can only refund any monies paid for hosting plans if the request to cancel is within the 30 day period as stated within our terms and conditions.
