When I FTP I can see the files on the server but cannot upload any new ones, why?
This problem is usually related to disk quota. If you can try removing some unnecessary files and attempt to upload a small file to determine if this is the problem. If the upload is successful then the issue is with the amount of disk space you have. You can either remove some unwanted files or upgrade to a hosting plan with more space by logging into the My Account.
