Why do I not get a file list when I FTP to your NT hosting?

If you are using one of the NT hosting plans you need to make sure you are using passive transfer mode (PASV Mode). This is because our servers are behind firewalls. After the initial FTP connection a random high port number is choosen to do the data transfer rather than the standard FTP ports 20,21.
