I am trying to collect email but get a too many concurrent connections error, what does this mean?

This error typically occurs on the NT hosting when the mailserver for that particular hosting machine is under excessive load caused by too many user attempting to send and receive mail at the same time. It does not happen very often but if it does please wait for 30min before trying to collect your email again and check the system status page to see if there are any know issues.
