What do I do if I forget my 'My Account' password?
If you have forgotten your "My Account" password, you can reset it by clicking here. You will be asked to enter the email address you supplied when you created your LCN account. Your password will then be reset and sent to the email address provided.
If you no longer have access to the email account you entered when registering, then you would need to call a member of the support team on 0870 7440823 and confirm some security questions, we can then provide you with a new password.
