Support Extension Hours

Having listened to your feedback, and monitoring trends from call frequency – I am happy to announce an initial extension to our Saturday support hours.  Currently our Saturday phone support runs from 10am to 2pm.  We will be increasing the phone support element by 2 hours, so you will now be able to reach LCN.com phone support staff between 10am until 4pm.  The support extension will be in place from the 9th January 2010.

Weekends have always been inherently quieter in terms of requests for support, but as we are moving forward – we obviously will be looking at expanding our levels of support over the forthcoming year.  As website’s and e-businesses operate as a ‘24/7’ operation (in terms of their continued online exposure), the need for having ‘support’ will always be there.  We do of course already provide 24/7 e-mail ticket support, but we hope the increase in our phone support availability is a step in the right direction for both us and for you!
