The full launch was due at 3.00pm (GMT) 1st Oct 2001 this however has been pushed back until after 8.00pm (GMT) as the .info registry are still processing pre-registrations. Once the .info registry has been fully launched, anybody can register names ending in .info on a first come first served basis. .info will be the Internet's first unrestricted top-level domain since .COM. .info domain names are available for all uses. Intuitive, easy to use, and universally recognized, they're your opportunity to reach a worldwide audience with information about you, your products, and your ideas. ------------------------------------------- ########################################### # - Update on the new Top Level Domain # # extension .biz # ########################################### The .biz launch date has been pushed back from 15th Oct and is now scheduled for 23rd October, but this date may still change whilst the registry finalises the launch.
